I have had the opportunity to live at college park apartments all four years of my collegiate career. I have enjoyed each year living here. The apartment complex is quiet which has allowed me to do homework and study with no problem. The apartments also offer a great scenic view of Altoona. Danielle and Scott have been nothing short of great land lords. Scott has always been prompt in addressing issues I may have had in my apartment. Another plus is that it is affordable. I would definitely recommend anyone to live in college park during their time here at Penn State Altoona. Come check College Park apartments out, you won’t be disappointed.

College Park has been a great place to live at during my time at Penn State Altoona.  I lived here two years in a row and had an all around very good experience.  The apartments are not far from campus which is nice for driving or walking.  The apartments are well taken care of as well as the grounds around the buildings.  Everything I needed was here and it made for a really comfortable place to stay while attending school in Altoona.  I never had any problems and would come back again if I still had more time left in school.  The managers of College Park are very friendly and make every effort  to make sure everyone's stay at College Park is the absolute best that it can possibly be.  College Park is definitely a place that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, well taken care of and very reasonably priced place to stay.

Resident of College Park Apartments for three years.  Nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments located about a half mile from campus.  Nice quiet apartment buildings. The property manager, Danelle, is very nice and helpful.  If anything ever needs maintained or fixed, they are always there within a day or two to fix any problem.  The other tenants are also friendly and helpful. Overall this is a great apartment complex for your college experience!

This is my second and last year at Penn State and before I go I just wanted to say how thankful I am to be living at such a great place. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Even outside the apartments the entire place is well kept, clean, and very home-like. I wasn't sure what to expect my first semester living here but I quickly learned that the staff here, including you, are terrific people, and I can tell you take pride in your work because I see it everyday. If I had one complaint, it would be that I couldn't stay here forever even after my college was over! I always felt so comfortable asking you for questions, concerns, and anything else because anything I needed was always handled in a professional and efficient manner. With being a college student, I would have a lot of stress from class and my own life, but one thing I NEVER had to stress about was my stay here at College Park. I thank you so much for everything you do and helping me feel like I was at home here. If I were able to give it a rating I would give you, Scott, other staff, and the apartments themselves a 6 out of 5 stars every time, and I would, and will, highly recommend living here for anyone else that goes to Penn State Altoona. If I ever do decide to come back for a better college degree you can count on me calling back here for housing!
